The History of CLG True Solutions
CLG True Solutions is passionate about working with individuals to improve their social functionality through individual, family workshops, individual counseling, group counseling, life coaching and speaking engagements.
Cynthia L. Guy, CEO / founder of CLG True Solutions, worked at Brandywine Women’s Health Associates (BWHA) under the leadership of Cecil C. Gordon, Jr. M.D., P.A. It was the vision of BWHA mission to break the cycle of poverty and eliminate poor health outcomes for women by advocating for quality and accessible healthcare services including preventative care, community health education and culturally relevant support services always seeking to strengthen mind, body and spirit. Ms. Guy as founder of CLG True Solutions had the opportunity as the psychosocial counselor from 2013- 2019 at BWHA to assist writing and operating two grants to address the both medical and socio-cultural needs. Ms. Guy was a referral source to community resources that included:

- Depression Treatment
- STD Screening
- Family Planning
- Birth Control/Contraception
- Prenatal Care
- My Life My Plan: Women – Program participants are given help completing personal life plans to help meet their health goals
Today, Cynthia L. Guy, CEO CLG True Solutions, continues to connect individuals to resources as well as promote healthy choices by taking action in the community by providing mental health services.

Delaware CDRC Review and Prevention of Child Deaths as well as Cribs for Kids to promote safe sleep for families in need. With this partnership CLG True Solutions will continue to provide safe-sleep education to families with the intervention of a safe, portable crib to those who cannot otherwise afford a safe place for their babies to sleep.
